KADEE'S PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All Kadee® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or materials. Product defects arising from improper usage, shipping by sources other than Kadee^® or abuse will not be honored. Cosmetic or environmental defects will not be honored. All returns must be authorized prior to return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Return defective materials directly to us for replacement or repair. Be sure to package items carefully as we cannot replace parts damaged in transit, nor parts that are determined to be damaged due to misuse or abuse. Subject to change without notice.

KADEE'S PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Product returns must be authorized prior to return. Returns may be made only up to 30 days from date of invoice & will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. We cannot accept the return of products purchased from sources other than Kadee Quality Products. Returns with defects arising from improper usage or abuse will not be honored.

Orders are usually shipped the same day as received. All merchandise is subject to availability at the time the order is placed.

You can take the Retail Ordering link that will take you to our simple and convenient order form where you can select the quantity & items you would like and check out using one of our two check out options (Pay Online by Credit Card!) or (Pay by Mail Check or Money Order!). Either option will automatically calculate the shipping & handling charges for your order and give you a receipt of your order for your records. Check, Money Orders or Credit Cards!

Minimum $60.00 net. All orders will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.

TERMS FOR NEW & DEALERS NOT ON OPEN ACCOUNT - Payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Company Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order prior to sending the fulfilled order. A returned check fee of $25 will be charged and accrued interest until paid in full.

TERMS FOR DEALERS WITH AN ESTABLISHED OPEN ACCOUNT - 2% discount if paid within discount term days. Invoice net amount due in 30 days. After 31 days, account becomes past due and a $5.00 late fee & 2% interest. No shipments will be made to past due accounts! A returned check fee of $25 will be charged and accrued interest until paid in full.

CANADA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Orders over 4lbs or $500, additional insurance required. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you (if required) regarding the cost of merchandise and shipping.
