We don't warranty items purchased from Amazon, E-bay, shows, or Non-authorized Kadee® Dealers.

Returns may be made only up to 30 days from date of the Kadee® invoice & will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer.

You must have Ready to Run Artwork. Artwork must be created to our file specifications. (See website)
We don't have to technology to create white + full color decals or full color decals that can be applied to colored substrates.
We don't cut custom shaped or die-cut decals, decals have to be cut out by hand by customer.

We do not reproduce copyrighted or trademark material without written permission. No exceptions!
Just because a logo is old doesn't mean the owner relinquishes their trademark.
All logos, names, and artwork from movies, TV, games, toys, sports teams, automobile logos, and brand logos are copyrighted or trademark material examples.
We require written permission from copyrighted or trademark material owner. Suspect material is also required to show permission for reproduction.

KADEE'S PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All Kadee® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 1 Year beginning from date of purchase or 1 Year from date of product discontinuation; whichever comes first. Products must have been purchased directly from Kadee® or a Kadee® Authorized Dealer and require proof of purchase. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g. Amazon, eBay) or private sales are not eligible for this guarantee. Damage arising from shipping, improper usage, or abuse cannot be honored. All products must be authorized prior to return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Return defective products directly to Kadee® for replacement or repair. Be sure to package items carefully as we cannot replace parts damaged in transit, nor parts that are determined to be damaged due to misuse or abuse. This guarantee may be subject to change without notice..

KADEE'S PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Product returns must be authorized prior to return. Returns may be made only up to 30 days from date of invoice & will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. We cannot accept the return of products purchased from sources other than Kadee® Quality Products. Returns with defects arising from improper usage or abuse will not be honored.

You are responsible for all copyright, & trademark conformance’s.
You need written permission for copyrighted or trademark material, even when it is for personal use. You are responsible for researching the copyright & trademark information and bringing adequate permission forward when you present the artwork, otherwise your artwork will be denied.
