If you e-mail orders to Kadee® as attachments this may affect you. Kadee® doesn't have every program, or version of software on the market. We have to implement a universal order attachment program. This will limit the e-mail orders to the use one of the following acceptable file formats .txt, .pdf or (Microsoft Office 2000 compatible .doc, or .xls) ONLY. If you are unable to convert your order to one of these formats you will have to e-mail the contents of the order by copy pasting the order into your e-mail or Calling (541) 826-3883 or Faxing (541) 826-4013 your order. All e-mail's with attachment orders with unacceptable file formats will be returned to sender.

KADEE'S PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All Kadee® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for 1 Year. Product defects arising from improper usage, shipping by sources other than Kadee® or abuse will not be honored. Cosmetic or environmental defects will not be honored. All returns must be authorized prior to return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Return defective materials directly to us for replacement or repair. Be sure to package items carefully as we cannot replace parts damaged in transit, nor parts that are determined to be damaged due to misuse or abuse. Subject to change without notice.

KADEE'S PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Product returns must be authorized prior to return. Returns may be made only up to 30 days from date of invoice & will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. We cannot accept the return of products purchased from sources other than Kadee Quality Products. Returns with defects arising from improper usage or abuse will not be honored.

Orders are usually shipped the same day as received. All merchandise is subject to availability at the time the order is placed. All prices, Shipping & Handling charges are subject to change without prior notice. UPS Surcharges may apply.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND INSURANCE
We offer calculated quotes on our online shopping cart for USPS and UPS.  If you would like another carrier, you must arrange for pick-up of your package by that carrier and all shipping costs involved must be pre-paid.

If the shipping option chosen is unavailable or the order does not qualify due to weight or dimensions, we will calculate your shipping at the next closest shipping option, at our discretion, and adjust the shipping charges when the order is processed.  In most cases, if the difference is substantial, we will contact you prior to shipping or charging your designated form of payment.

Kadee Quality Products Co., corporately recommends the purchase of shipping insurance and states herein specifically that we are not responsible for loss or damage to any shipments after they leave our warehouse.  For your convenience, USPS Priority offers an automatic $50 covered per package and UPS offers an automatic $100 per package, but insurance must be calculated for any value over those amounts.  USPS First Class, Parcel Post, and First Class International shipping options are offered “at your own risk” only and do not offer shipping insurance, tracking, or guaranteed delivery.  You must purchase optional USPS or UPS shipping insurance to guarantee completed delivery or replacement options if the package does not arrive. (No form of USPS or UPS shipping insurance is available for UK, GB, IE, or ZA.)

Most orders received ship same business day or within 24 business hrs after processing*.
*Orders processed after 12:00 noon PST M-TH, & orders processed after 9:00 am PST Friday will be shipped the following business day.

We are not responsible for shipping services transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package destination, customs, and weather, particularly during peak periods.
