Order Status



Order Status, please log into your Kadee account and go to "My Account".

We do not use online order status for tracking or shipping purposes. Once our office starts processing a online order; the order process/status is no longer online.

Stages of Online Order Status

Pending: We have received your online order.
Processing: Your order is being processed. You will be contacted if there is a problem with your order.
Most orders received ship same business day or within 24 business hrs after processing. Orders processed after 12:00 noon PST M-TH, & orders processed after 9:00 am PST Friday will be shipped the following business day. Pre-Order cars will ship once the Pre-Order car is released.
Completed: 30+ days after an order is placed orders are marked as "Completed". This is our way of archiving online orders for future order reference. Orders that are marked "Completed" may still have Pre-Order cars pending shipping once the Pre-Order car is released.
